2.  Add your ingredients to the blender

 bottle that you want to enjoy Like

 in it. And you can also add protein. 

3.In the 3rd step, close the blender 

bottle properly. After this tighten 

the lid and switch on carefully

4.Blend the Blender Bottle well the 

Blender Bottle for about 30 to 40 

seconds If you want, you can blend 

for 1 minute also.

5.Close the blender bottle and you

 can sit back and enjoy your shake.
